The Activities sub tab displays for companies designated a Type other than UNKNOWN. It lists calls, events, and tasks recorded for the company in CRMRight. In the upper portion of the sub tab, you can set restrictions to limit the activity list. To see details about a specific activity, you can double-click on it, which causes the Activity Details window to open. You can also make modifications directly in the grid.

Also, you can click on an icon (not shown here) to open the Activity Details window and create a new activity record.
