Changing toolbars
CRMRight includes sets of icons referred to as a toolbars.
The toolbars can be customized to meet the specific needs of your users.
Warning: Although systems administrators can change and customize toolbars for users or user groups, you should not assign a restrictive layout to your own user login.
You can do any of the following:
• Add or remove icons from toolbars.
• Rearrange commands within the same toolbar or move them to another toolbar.
• Display shortcut keys and screen tips on menus and toolbars.
• Lock the position of a menu or toolbar.
• Assign a shortcut key to easily access a menu or toolbar command.
Note: The toolbars can also be changed as you would the toolbars of many Windows applications. Use your mouse to drag items on, off, or around the toolbar.
How to
1. Right-click in the toolbar area.
A shortcut menu is shown.
2. Click Customize.
3. As long as the Customize window is open, you can drag and drop menus, commands, toolbars, and icons.
4. On the Customize window, click Close.
