Disabling the Desktop Alert
For your convenience, CRMRight is set up to have a Desktop Alert display in the lower-right corner of your monitor, on top of other applications.
The Desktop Alert will display even if:
• CRMRight is minimized.
• Other applications display on your monitor in full-screen, or maximized, and hide the Reminder window.
However, the Desktop Alert does not stay open on your desktop indefinitely, but slowly fades away after a few moments.
The Reminder window, on the other hand, stays open on your desktop and continues to display a list of reminders that you have not "Dismissed." This example shows two reminders.
If you prefer to use the Reminder window instead of the Desktop Alert, do the following:
1. Click
CRM Settings on the toolbar.
2. The CRM Settings window opens.
3. Clear the Use Desktop Alert check box.
4. Click OK.
