  • Save & Load Scheduling Parameters: New buttons have been added to the Scheduling Parameters screen, allowing you to quickly save your settings to—or load them from—your user Preferences.

  • Updated Menu Icons: We have added missing icons for various menu options for a more complete and intuitive visual experience.

Important Fixes

We’ve been hard at work resolving issues to improve application stability and accuracy:

DirectRoute

  • Fixed an issue where using Preprocess with Generate Directions could create an error.

  • Resolved a problem where stops with specific EQCodes were not building multi-leg routes correctly.

  • Corrected an issue where a Capacity Violation was not appearing in the Route Book as expected.

  • The Priority Routing dialog and footer display will now update correctly when stops are filtered.

  • Addressed an exception that could occur when manually editing a geo-result while the Geocoding UI was open.

  • Removed invalid statistics that were sometimes visible in the F8 report view when not in routing mode.

  • The application installer has been corrected to no longer reference older installation paths.

  • An issue preventing Tolls from being saved correctly to the .ROUTE file has been fixed.

  • Resolved an issue where using 'Save As' followed by 'Save' could cause the wrong files to be reloaded.

  • Fixed a user interface bug related to adding an unloaded stop to a previously consolidated stop with a matching ID2 value.

  • Corrected the Outbound algorithm to generate proper Work & Drive Time stats for One-Way Routes.

  • Resolved an issue with the Print To File function that was causing duplicated information in the exported Route Book.

  • The 'View Reason' tool for unloaded stops will no longer display a confusing mix of different mileage types (Crow Flies, Distance File, etc.) simultaneously; it is either 100% Distance File-based, if one has been provided, or 100% Crow Flies.

  • Addressed a geocoding issue where East Coast Zip Codes were not retaining their preceding zero.

  • Fixed a problem that could cause the application to close unexpectedly within the Priority Routing utility.

ResourcePro

  • Resolved an issue where a duplicate row could be created when using the 'Add Empty Driver' function.

  • Fixed an issue where the algorithm was missing many potential Trailer consolidations.

  • The 'Max Hrs Between Routes' setting for Drivers will now be correctly adhered to during scheduling.

  • Corrected a problem that was causing an erroneous 'Routes Not Feasible' message to appear.

Transportation Modeler

  • Resolved an issue where the 'Initialized TL Total Cost' was not being displayed correctly in the Route Book.

Suite-Wide Fixes

  • The Copyright Date will now be updated automatically within the DirectRoute Suite.

We’re confident that these updates will improve your workflow and productivity. Thank you for your continued partnership and feedback! We hope you enjoy these new features, enhancements, and improvements! As always, we welcome your feedback.
