When the ClientCenter site was down, customers logging in to ClientCenter were redirected to the NetsuiteError.aspx page. They received an error message stating, "Clientcenter could not connect to the netsuite database. Click retry or logout from clientcenter and try again." This happened because the server housing the database required an update to comply with Trimble security. Access to the database has been restored.
