Opening document files
Use the following steps to open DOC, PDF, XLS, and other files that have been downloaded to your computer.
Note: To open a file, the appropriate application (e.g., Microsoft Word or Excel) must be installed on your system.
1. In your computer or network, locate the document file that you want to open.
2. To open the DOC file, double-click the file name.
