Getting started
This section of the help system provides instructions about how to get started in the application.
Note: Most online help topics contain hyperlinks, or jumps, to additional related topics. To return to a previous topic after you clicked a hyperlink, you can right-click anywhere within the topic and, from the shortcut menu, select Back.
Depending on your browser, you can also press ALT+LEFT ARROW (this is a standard keyboard shortcut for Web go back) or BACKSPACE.
 
Logging into the website
Use this procedure to log into ClientCenter. If you do not have a username and password, contact your Support representative.
1. On the Login page, enter your username and password.
If you want ClientCenter to remember your username, select this check box. The next time you log in from this computer, your username appears automatically.
Note: You must have cookies enabled for your browser. If you are using a public computer, you may not want to select this option.
2. Click Sign In.
The Landing page opens.
Resetting your password
Use this procedure to recover your ClientCenter password.
1. On the Login page, click Can't access your account?.
The Reset Password page opens.
2. Enter your user name and click Send Password Reset Email.
A confirmation message is displayed. It says, "An Email has Been Sent to Your Account."
Check the e-mail address associated with the username entered.
3. Click the reset link in your e-mail and follow the on screen instructions.
