Setting maximum pay amounts in pay rates
You can set a maximum quantity or a maximum pay amount for pay rates. These maximums apply to individual pay details, not to the entire settlement. Maximums can be set for both primary and accessorial pay rates. The maximums are recorded on the Miscellaneous tab of the rate header.
The Max Quantity field sets the maximum number of units by which the rate can be multiplied.
The Max Pay field sets the maximum dollar amount allowed for this rate.
This pay rate is set up for a maximum pay amount of $1,500.00.
