Rating based on a specific order’s first and last billable stops
This illustration shows rate #1072. It has a table of flat rates based on both new options, Orig Co (Order) and Dest Co (Order).
When you calculate pay for a trip segment automatically, the rating engine looks for the order’s first and last billable stops on the move with which the segment is associated. It does not look for those stops on the individual trip segment being rated.
In this example, the system will apply rate #1072 to a trip segment only if both the following are true:
The first billable stop on the order occurs on the move to which that segment belongs.
The last billable stop on the order occurs on the move to which that segment belongs.
