Setting pay rate minimums

On a rate schedule, you can set a minimum pay amount for:

 The total mileage-based line haul pay on a trip.

 The total of all accessorial pay on a trip.

 The total of all pay on a trip (line haul and accessorial).

You can use these minimum pay options separately, or in combination.

For a primary rate, three fields in the Minimum Settings section of the rate header are used to set minimum pay options:

 Min Pay

This option is used to set the minimum for mileage based line haul pay.

Note: The Min Pay field is only available on primary rates using mileage-based pay types, such as Route Pay.

 Min Acc

This option is used to set the minimum amount of total accessorial pay for a trip.

 Trip Min

This option is used to set the minimum amount of total pay for a trip.
