Accessing the Billing Rate Schedule Folder
When you open the Rate Schedules application, this screen is displayed:
The Rate Schedules application has two primary functions; it is used to set up billing rates and pay rates. Billing rates are set up in the Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder. There are two ways you can access the folder:
Select the Open Folders... > Billing Rate Folder command from the File menu.
or
Click the Billing 
icon in the frame toolbar.

icon in the frame toolbar allows you to access the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder. This folder is used to set up pay rates. It looks very similar to the Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder. When setting up billing rates, be sure to enter the information in the Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder.
