Rate Schedules menus, control keys, and icons
The Rate Schedules menu bar is located at the top of the Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder window. Each menu lists selections that allow you to perform tasks within the Rate Schedules application. Many tasks can also be initiated using control keys and/or by the icons shown in the sheet toolbar.
The following lists Rate Schedules menu commands, as well as their control keys and icons.
Options on the Custom menu depend on your company's setup.

Allows you to clear the rate table and reset the Rows and Col’s fields in the rate header to Not Used.

Allows you to sort the rows/columns of a table alphanumerically.

Transform Table
Allows you to switch rows to columns and columns to rows.

Additional Charges: Attach Secondary
Allows you to link a secondary rate to a primary rate.

Additional Charges: Attach Linked Line Item
Allows you to attach a linked line item rate to a primary rate.

Additional Charges: View Additional Charges
Allows you to view a listing of all secondary and linked line item rates that are attached to a primary rate; in addition, links between rates can be broken.

Adjust Rates by Factor: This Table
Allows you to adjust the amounts of the rate table currently on display by a percentage or flat amount.

Adjust Rates by Factor: Group of Tables
Allows you to adjust the amounts of multiple rate tables by a percentage or flat amount.

Mass Rates Assignment
Displays the Mass Rates Assignment window, which allows you to link/unlink multiple secondary rates and/or linked line item rates to multiple primary rates.

Find Index
Displays the Find Indexes window, which allows you to set restrictions and search for a particular index for a rate with multiple indexes.

The Find Truck Stops scroll window works in conjunction with a third-party Advances and Fuel Purchases application. If you do not use such an application, you will be unable to retrieve any data in the Find Truck Stops scroll window.

Tile

Layer
Displays open windows beneath one another. The active window is displayed on top; inactive windows are hidden beneath it. To bring one of the hidden windows to the top, select it from the list at the bottom of the Window menu.

Cascade
Displays open windows, one in front of the other, in an offset way so that the active window is on top, but does not totally obscure view of the inactive windows. Clicking on a visible portion of an inactive window brings it to the front of the display.

Stack
Displays all open windows, active and inactive, without obscuring the view of inactive windows.

Toolbars
You can select the frame toolbar or the sheet toolbar; each has sub-commands that allow you to specify the toolbar's placement on the screen, and whether the toolbar will be displayed or hidden.
You can also choose whether the toolbar icons will show text that defines their functions.

Buttons
Applicable for buttons that are not located on toolbars; this command determines whether the text is visible on buttons consisting of both graphics and button text. The options are:
Picture
Display just the button graphic.
Text
Display just the button text.
Both
Display both graphic and button text.
