Activating the Activity Audit feature
The Activity Audit feature:
Records specific types of changes made to orders/rates.
Displays a list of the tracked changes in the Load Activities window.
Makes the Reports > Activity Audit command available in Order Entry, Invoicing, the Dispatch Trip Folder, and in the Trip Settlements Folder. This command is used to access the Load Activities window.
Note: Be aware that the Activity Audit command is always listed in the Reports menu in the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder and Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder.
Note: Any changes made before the Activity Audit feature is activated will not be tracked.
