How are origin and destination restrictions handled?
A number of rate restriction fields concern the origin and destination locations of an order. These origin and destination fields are indicated here:
When you calculate charges for an order, the Origin restriction fields relate to the location of the initial pickup. The Destination restriction fields relate to the final delivery location.
Note: The rating engine ignores billable begin empty and end empty stops.
