Accessing the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder
The Rate Schedules application has two primary functions. It is used to set up billing rates and pay rates. Pay rates are set up in the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder. There are two ways you can access the folder:
Select File > Open Folders > Settlement Rate Folder.
Click 
Stlmnt on the frame toolbar.

icon in the frame toolbar allows you to access the Edit Billing Rate Schedule Folder. It looks similar to the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder. When setting up pay rates, be sure to enter the information in the Edit Settlement Rate Schedule Folder.
