Setting up resource profiles

Correct and efficient payment of resources begins with the proper setup of those resources’ profiles. This setup includes:

 Specifying whether pay is to be processed for a resource in TMWSuite and, if so, whether the resource is classified as Payroll or Accounts Payable.

It is critical that a resource’s accounting type be recorded correctly. If this is not done, you will face serious consequences. Pay may be processed incorrectly or not at all.

 Assigning resources to user-defined classifications.

Resource classifications often are used to determine the correct pay rate for a particular group of company drivers and owner/operators.
