A number of pay rate restriction fields concern the origin and destination locations of a trip. These origin and destination fields are indicated here:

By default, when you calculate pay for an order, the Origin restriction fields relate to the location of the initial pickup. The Destination restriction fields relate to the final delivery location. When the default configuration of these restriction fields is in place, the system ignores the empty legs at the beginning and ending of a trip segment when it attempts to match the trip to a rate.
