There are a number of windows outside of the Settlements application that allow dispatchers or to add, change, or delete pay. If desired, your company may choose to put some safeguards in place to prevent non-payroll personnel from changing pay data. This can be useful if dispatchers do not have the authority to add, change, or delete items such as card advances and fuel purchases.
