Can CoPilot route an oversize vehicle?
CoPilot does not support overweight or oversize routing as these typically require permits.
If a truck’s weight is entered into CoPilot as greater than 80,000 lbs, CoPilot provides the following warning:

If a truck’s height is entered as greater than 13 feet 6 inches, CoPilot provides a similar warning.
Height and weight limits
In a Vehicle Routing Profile, you can enter a maximum height of 15 feet and weight of 156,750 lbs—the highest values permitted in any North American jurisdiction. However, most jurisdictions require permits for vehicles exceeding 13 feet 6 inches in height or 80,000 lbs in weight.
CoPilot calculates routes based on the dimensions you enter—up to those limits (15 feet and 156,750 lbs)—but it does not support permit routing. The calculated route may not comply with the requirements of an oversize permit.
