Previously, when computing pay for a leg with consolidated orders, the ord_hdrnumber value on the pay details always corresponded to the first order in the consolidation.

Now, a new [Settlement]ConsolidatedLegUseOrdHdrnumber setting lets you set the ord_hdrnumber value on the pay details to that of the legheader row being settled.
