Using common Windows shortcuts
All versions of Microsoft® Windows® support a number of shortcut keys. Every effort has been made to make sure CRMRight shortcuts do not interfere with the operation of these standard Windows shortcuts. The following is a partial list of these shortcuts that are useful in CRMRight.

These shortcuts allow you to perform mouse actions using just the keyboard.
Shortcut
Function
DOWN ARROW
In a menu, press this key to select the next menu option. When you reach the last menu option, pressing the down arrow highlights the first menu option.
UP ARROW
In a menu, press this key to select the previous menu option. When you reach the first menu option, pressing the up arrow highlights the last menu option.
ALT
Pressed by itself, the ALT key will select the menu or icon on the far left side of the menu bar (for most applications, this will be the File menu). After pressing the ALT key, you can select menus and commands in one of two ways:
Press the RIGHT ARROW and LEFT ARROW keys to select other menus or icons in the menu bar. After you select a menu, press the DOWN ARROW key to display the list of commands available for the currently selected menu. Press the DOWN ARROW key to move down the list. After you highlight a command, press the ENTER key.
An underscore appears beneath one letter in each menu; press the key for that character to display the menu's list of available commands. Most commands in the list will also have an underscored character; press the key for that character to select that command.
