Working with TMW Support to correct an invalid layout
TMW support personnel, or highly technical client personnel with the assistance of TMW support personnel, would use the Layout Utility window when clients need assistance, such as for debugging invalid layouts.
Notes:
1. The individual who copies the layouts from the source database to the target database:
• Must have access to the Layout Utility.
• Will become the owner of the layouts and, as such, will have the ability to assign the copied layouts to users and user groups.
2. Layout names must be unique. If the same layout name for a window or grid already exists in the target database, the layout will not copy.
