Viewing a company's activity history
While the Activity Details window is open, you can quickly view the activity history of the associated company. At the bottom of the window, view the information on these tabs:
• History tab
All completed activities are listed from oldest to the most recent.
• To Do tab
All open activities are listed from oldest to the most recent.
