The Order Preprocessor is used to accept or reject load offers, as well as make any necessary modifications to accepted orders before orders are transferred to the Customer Service program.

To access Order Preprocessor, click Start, point to All Programs. Point to TruckMate, TruckMate for Web, and then click Order Preprocessor.
