PC*Miler 39 and Trimble TMS Integration Options Update

With the July 2025 release of version 39, there are changes to the integration options available for PC*Miler with Trimble’s TMS applications, including Suite, Truckmate, and Innovative.

These changes are due to the end of support for PC*Miler’s on-prem Multi-Version Switch (MVS) following the release of version 38 in 2024. Starting with PC*Miler 39, the integration options are:

A single version of PC*Miler that is installed on prem (also known as PC*Miler Connect.)
Multi-version via PC*Miler Web Services. (Web Services provides all versions 18 to the Current version, which is PC*Miler 39 as of July 2025.)

Compatibility with TMS Versions

PC*Miler 39 was built to be compatible with older versions of Trimble’s TMS applications. For best results, it is certified with:

Suite 2025.6 and later. (Not yet released.) Web Service is any version that has the Web Service active.
Truckmate to be certified in 25.1 and later. (The certification date will be communicated via release notes.) Web Service is any version that has the Web Service active.
Innovative R9 and later for a single version. Web Service is any version that has the Web Service active.

Known Issue

If you are also using Rand Mileage within Suite, there is a known issue when setting up the PC*Miler Web Services add-in. A resolution is in progress.
