TMWSuite communications

In the ClientCenter, the communications options allow you to access a variety of web resources that will enable you to maximize the use of your Trimble Transportation products.

When you access the Communications menu, the options that appear are those that have been assigned to your ClientCenter authorization level. Any of the following may appear:

Your Private FTP Folder

Although most program downloads will occur through the ClientCenter Build Delivery feature, on occasion your Support representative may ask you to download files from this FTP site. Trimble Transportation may also request that you upload a copy of your database to the FTP site, for testing purposes. See Your Private FTP folder.

PTS Search

Select this option to search the PTS database for information about bug fixes, enhancements, new features, and other developments. See Searching for information in the PTS database.

Note: Because a new browser window opens when you select options from the Communications menu, you should turn on pop-up windows in your browser. Otherwise, if you select an option from the Communications menu, a message may indicate that the pop-up window has been blocked.
