Your Private FTP folder
Although most program downloads will occur through the ClientCenter Build Delivery feature, on occasion your Support representative may ask you to download files from this FTP site. Trimble Transportation may also request that you upload a copy of your database to the FTP site for testing purposes.
Note: You must have an FTP user name and password to access this feature.
To connect to your private FTP folder:
1. Go to Menu > Communications > TMWSuite > Your Private FTP Folder.
A login window opens.
2. Enter your FTP login information.
a. Enter your FTP User name and Password.
b. If you want to log on anonymously, select the Log on anonymously check box.
c. Click Log On.
Your FTP folders are displayed.
To close this window without connecting to your FTP folder, click Cancel.
