Understanding the layout of the window
The information in the Tariff Mass Table Rate Change window relates to the rates it displays.
Section | Description |

A | The Rate Retrieval Criteria section allows you to retrieve point-to-point rate tables for: A specific Bill To. Rates that have a certain freight class recorded on the Index tab. Rates that are active or inactive. |
B | Command buttons control the functionality available in the window. Retrieve Displays the rates meeting the specified retrieval criteria. Save Saves changes you have made to the displayed rates. Close Used to exit the window. Note: If you have made changes but not saved them, you will be prompted to save. Help Displays abbreviated instruction on using the window. Excel Export Displays the contents of the window in a new Excel workbook. Add Row Adds new rows to the selected rate matrix. Add Column Adds new columns to the selected rate matrix |
C | The Rows column displays the value selected in the rate header's Rows field as the column header. The row values for each retrieved rate are displayed below the header. The Rows field selection for each rate is shown.  |
D | The Columns column displays the value selected in the rate header's Col's field in the column header. The column values for each retrieved rate are displayed below the header. The Col's field selection for each rate is shown.  |
E | Displays the commodity class specified on the rate's Index tab. The window can show up to five commodity classes. |
F | Rate ID of the retrieved rates and the individual rate amounts from each rate's table. |
G | You can set up the system to display the secondary rates linked to retrieved primary rates. |
