Setting up a primary rate to calculate hours automatically

When you select a time-based charge type in the Charge field, the time calculation options display in the Time Calc field in the rate header.

You can create a primary rate to have the system calculate time for:

 Loaded events only

 Loaded events and billable empty events

Note: The same primary rate is used to calculate time for the empty and loaded events.
