Time calculation fields are visible only when you have selected a time-based charge type in the Charge field. You can use them to set up the system to calculate time automatically based on arrival and destination times.

The Time Calc field is the only one that is visible on the header section. To see the other time calculation fields, you must click on the Addtl Header Info button.
