You can use the Distance: Min/Max/Units fields on the rate index to specify the minimum and/or maximum hub miles for which a hub-based rate schedule is applicable. For example, if you enter 250 in the Min. field and Hub Miles in the Units field, the system will use the rate schedule only for trips that have 250 or more hub miles recorded.
