Charge types used for minimums
During the rating process, when the calculated billing amount falls below either the minimum charge or the minimum quantity on the rate header, one of the following system codes is used as the charge type for the minimum invoice detail:
For primary rates, the Minimum Charge (MIN) charge type is used:
For accessorial rates, the Minimum Acc Charge (MINACC) charge type is used:
