Accessing the Trips and Regions Edit window
Trip definitions and regions are defined in the Trips and Regions Edit window in the Rate Schedules application. To access the window, do one of the following:
Select Edit > Trip Definition or Regions.
Click
Trip/Region in the frame toolbar.
The appearance of the window depends on whether you are defining a trip or a region. In either case, the window is divided into two sections:
The window header displays the fields used for naming the trip definition/ region and for recording additional information about it. It also displays the window's command buttons.
The fields used to define the trip definition/region appear in a grid below the header.
You use the first field in the lookup tab to specify whether you are creating or looking up a trip definition or region definition. (If you are looking up an existing definition, select the desired definition from the drop-down list in the second field.)
If you select Trip Definition in the lookup tab and click New, the window looks like this.
If you select Region in the lookup tab and click New, the window looks like this.
