Rate header
The rate header consists of five lines of data fields located directly under the tab area of the screen. The header provides a general definition of the rate, which includes:
A unique system-generated numeric ID assigned when the rate is first saved
Two user-defined alphanumeric IDs.
A free-form description of the rate.
Minimum quantity and/or minimum pay information.
Maximum quantity and/or maximum pay information.
Whether the rate is determined by a single per-unit dollar amount or a rate table.
The pay type to be used for the rate.
