Retrieving rates that were in effect during a specific period
To limit the rates retrieved to ones that were in effect at anytime during a specified period of time, follow these steps:
1. In the Restrict Rate Schedules window, select the Anytime During radio button.
Note: Notice that the In Effect Starting and the Expired fields become unavailable.
2. In the Anytime During From and To fields, enter the earliest and latest dates that you want to include in this retrieval.
Note: These dates correspond to the date recorded in the rate’s In Effect and To fields:

3. Click OK. The system displays a list of rates that meet your restrictions.
