Denying/restricting access to specific pay types in Dispatch
In the Settlement Item Maintenance window, the Edit in Dispatch field is available on all pay types. Use it to specify whether pay details having a particular pay type can be modified in windows outside of Settlements.
The Edit in Dispatch field has three options:
Yes (default)
In pay windows in Dispatch, show this pay type in the drop-down list of pay types.
Dispatchers may add, modify, and delete pay details with pay types having this setting.
Display Only
In pay windows in Dispatch, show this pay type in the drop-down list of pay types Dispatchers may add or view pay details with a pay type having this setting. However, the system will not allow them to modify or delete existing pay details with this pay type.
No
Do not list the pay type as an option in the pay windows in Dispatch. Dispatchers will never have the ability to view, add or alter pay details with pay types having this setting.
