Made an adjustment for when no existing forecast information is available for a given tank when adding deliveries to tank sales forecast. An estimate is currently calculated as the difference between tank readings for each tank. Then the difference is adjusted by a tank percentage based on an associated forecast. With no forecast, an exception was occurring, the updates did not occur.
Now, if the forecast is not present, the estimated delivery is the unadjusted difference in the tank deliveries.
