General requirements

Before you begin installing TMWSuite version 2025.8, check that these requirements are met:

  • Internet Information Services (IIS) for Microsoft® Windows Server®
IIS Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or later

  • Microsoft® SQL Server®

Microsoft SQL Server 2016, SQL Server 2017, SQL Server 2019, and SQL Server 2022 are supported. Trimble Transportation recommends using the latest service pack of whichever version you use.

  • .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later

  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x 86 Redistributables

  • 32-bit SQL Native Client Drivers
Version 10, 11, or MS OLE DB must match the drivers to your SQL version.

  • You must be logged into the system where you want to install TMWSuite and have administrator rights for that system.

Like most applications, TMWSuite can be installed locally on a user’s system. It is also possible to install TMWSuite on a network drive. To do so, you must be logged into the system where the drive is physically located, and have administrator rights for that system.

Resolved issues

Paperwork Tracking

TTESUITE-206043

Resolved an issue in which the Paperwork Tracking window was not compatible with OLE database connection.

LTSL2

TTESUITE-212442

Resolved an issue in the LTSL2 application where the UpdateManualOrder setting was failing. This setting allows a new EDI 204 file to correctly process as an update to a manually created order. This functionality has been restored.

Dispatch

  • TTESUITE-213387

Resolved an issue where freight records could be incorrectly attached to an invalid stop type if it was the last stop on a trip. The system now ensures freight is always associated with a designated pickup or drop-off location.

  • TTESUITE-213901

Resolved a problem where typing a new event code (such as BBT) into the first stop’s event field, which defaults to LLD, would combine the codes into an invalid entry (BBTLLD). The event dropdown now searches for and replaces the default code correctly as the user types.

TMT Fleet Maintenance/TMWSuite integration

TTESUITE-214348

The stored proc that exported meter readings for trailers was not designed in cases where multiple trailers existed on a leg. This fixes that by sending meter readings for all trailers on a leg.
