Step 1: Add assets

After completing the sales process, you will receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to log in to Account Manager.

Account Manager lets you:

  • Assign CoPilot licenses to assets. Assets are the drivers, devices, or vehicles in your fleet that will use CoPilot

  • Redistribute licenses as your fleet and staffing needs change

  • Create and assign custom settings to your CoPilot devices, such as vehicle type, routing preferences, and more

The first step is to add your assets to Account Manager and assign CoPilot licenses to those assets. You can assign licenses to company-owned devices or provide CoPilot directly to drivers for use on personal devices.

You can add assets to Account Manager individually or upload them in bulk using a .csv file from a spreadsheet program.

If you are using CoPilot through an ELD or telematics provider, your assets may automatically be pulled into Account Manager from your ELD solution. Check with your provider for details.
