As a company progresses from a lead to an active customer, changes will be made to its profile.

To track when changes are made, and who made them, CRMRight provides an auditing feature. When the feature is activated, the system logs changes made to a company profile from within CRMRight or in the File Maintenance application. Changes in these fields generate an audit record:
