Activating the auditing feature
The auditing feature is activated using the CRMAuditTasks General Info Table setting.

Description
This setting activates the audit logging feature in CRM Right. The feature tracks changes made to company profiles in CRM Right and the File Maintenance application.

Changes made to company profiles are not audited.
• Y
Changes to certain fields in company profiles produce an audit record. Audited fields include:
• Credit Limit
• RevType1 - RevType4
• Bill To (flag)
• Active (flag)
• Alt ID
• CRM Type
Note: This field is available in company profiles only in CRM Right.
