How missing booking and CRM Type assignments affect the Company tree
If a company has not been set up correctly, they may be hard to find on the Company tree.
What do you want to see?
If a company has not been assigned to a booking terminal or CSR
If a company has not been assigned to a CRM Type
 
If a company has not been assigned to a booking terminal or CSR
If no entry was made in the Booking field in a company's profile, the company is not displayed by default on the Company tree. To find such companies, select the Booking node at the top of the Booking tree.
In the Company tree, the system displays a category called Unassociated Companies. The profiles of all of the companies listed under that category do not have an entry in the Booking field.

If a company has not been assigned to a CRM Type
If a company's CRM Type field was never changed from the default entry of UNKNOWN, it is shown below the UNKNOWN node in the Company tree.
