Questionnaire tab is designed by the system administrator to fit your company's need for information. The CSR will fill out the questionnaire while working with the customer. The
Questionnaire tab is available for companies with a CRM
Type other than UNKNOWN in the
company profile header.
The example below shows one way the tab could be customized.
It guides the CSR's discussion by providing fields to record responses to specific questions and a notes area to enter free form text.
