Defaulting the Activity Type
Use the icons on the toolbar at the top of the window to schedule a particular type of activity.
Schedule Call
Click Schedule Call to automatically set the Activity field to Call.
Schedule Event
Click Schedule Event to automatically set the Activity field to Event.
Schedule Task
Click Schedule Task to automatically set the Activity field to Task.
The Status field is automatically set to Open, and the Priority field is automatically set to Normal.
The current date and times are automatically populated, and a message displays that the starting time for the activity is already in the past.
