Defaulting the Activity Type
Use the icons on the toolbar at the top of the window to schedule a particular type of activity.
 Schedule Call | Click Schedule Call to automatically set the Activity field to Call. |
 Schedule Event | Click Schedule Event to automatically set the Activity field to Event. |
 Schedule Task | Click Schedule Task to automatically set the Activity field to Task. |
The Status field is automatically set to Open, and the Priority field is automatically set to Normal.
The current date and times are automatically populated, and a message displays that the starting time for the activity is already in the past.
