Scheduling an all day activity
On the Week or Month calendar view, double-click on a date. The Activity Details window opens with these fields populated:
• Activity is set to Call.
• All Day Event is selected.
• Start and End times include the whole day, and are read-only.
The Status field is automatically set to Open, and the Priority field is automatically set to Normal.
The event is displayed on the calendar above the time blocks:
