New home for Trimble Maps support

In an effort to create a more unified customer experience across Trimble products for all support cases and end-user product documentation, we have:

This transition took place on Monday, Dec. 1, 2025.

For both the Transportation Knowledge Base and My Transportation, you’ll need a Trimble ID to log in.

Already created a Trimble ID?

If you already have created a Trimble ID to access Trimble products, you’re all set! You can use that same Trimble ID to log in to My Transportation and the Transportation Knowledge Base.

Haven’t created a Trimble ID?

If you haven’t created a Trimble ID yet, you’ll just click on Create a Trimble ID at the login screen for My Transportation. You’ll then be walked through the process to set up your account. The email address you previously used to log in to My Transportation should be the one you use to set up your TID.

We’ve created a quick walk-through video and an FAQ for My Transportation to help you navigate this.

Will I have to log in to read product documentation?

CoPilot and PC*Miler end-user documentation will continue to be publicly accessible. Login with your Trimble ID (TID) to read documentation for Enterprise or Appian products. This is the same Trimble ID you use to access your subscription Trimble products or submit a support case in the My Transportation portal.

Will I still have access to open or old cases in My Transportation?

Open cases will be moved to and managed in My Transportation. Previously closed cases will not be moved to My Transportation, but will still be accessible for a period of time in the old support portal.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
