Calculating total time for all loaded and billable empty events
Three options allow you to calculate time for all loaded and billable empty events. One supports split trips. For all three calculation methods, the same rate is applied to all hours.
The Total Trip (TRIP) option supports split trips.
The ARRDEP and DEPARR options do not support split trips.
Note: It is possible to bill empty and loaded time at different hourly rates. You can use different time calculation options to set up primary rates to bill for loaded time, and secondary rates for billable empty time. For details, see
