How the system calculates total billable time when split trips are not supported
The ARRDEP and DEPARR options allow you to calculate time for all loaded and billable empty events. For both methods, the same rate is applied to all hours.
Warning: If your company splits trips, do not use these options as they do not support split trips. The system will not subtract non-billable time from total trip time, which will result in inflated hourly charges.
