Fleet Preferences

The Fleet Preferences page under Configure Fleet Settings allows you to select preferred fuel vendors that will be prioritized when CoPilot searches for Fuel Station stops along a route. This setting can help drivers find fuel stations that are more convenient or cost-effective for your fleet.

How it works

  1. Click the dropdown menu under Preferred Fuel Station(s) to see the list of fuel vendors available in your region.

  2. Check the boxes next to the fuel vendors you want to prioritize. Vendors are listed in alphabetical order and include major national chains as well as regional providers that can accommodate heavy-duty trucks.

  3. Those vendors will be prioritized in CoPilot’s fuel station suggestions when a driver searches for fuel stops along their route.
