Step 1: Add assets
After completing the sales process, you will receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to log in to Account Manager.
Account Manager lets you:
-
Assign CoPilot licenses to assets using a unique Asset ID (Vehicle ID, Driver ID, or Device ID). This Asset ID also serves as the Username for logging into CoPilot on a device.
-
Organize assets into Vehicle Groups or Driver Groups.
-
Configure custom vehicle settings, display settings, and routing preferences per group, enabling fleet-wide management tailored to different vehicle and driver needs.
-
Reallocate licenses as your fleet and staffing requirements change.
To get started, you need to add your assets to Account Manager and assign CoPilot licenses to those assets. You can assign licenses to company-owned devices or provide CoPilot directly to drivers for use on personal devices. Assets are added to Account Manager individually or uploaded in bulk using a .csv file from a spreadsheet program.
| If you are using CoPilot through an ELD or telematics provider, your assets may automatically be pulled into Account Manager from your ELD solution. Check with your provider for details. |

Advanced options
Account Manager APIs are also available to add assets programmatically.
